“Sprayers” refers to independent self-employed individuals or entities, including Ltd owners and sole traders, engaged in providing spray painting services.
“Services” refers to the spray painting services provided by Sprayers.

3. Service Overview
We operate in a decentralized manner, where our KSP Essex Team handles initial coordination and marketing. Services will be assigned to independent Sprayers based on availability, location, and other relevant factors.

4. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction. Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date information during quotation and booking processes.

5. Service Booking
Customers can request spray painting services through our platform, and our team will coordinate and assign a Sprayer. Booking requests are subject to availability and may be declined or rescheduled at our discretion.

6. Estimate and Payment
Based on the photos and details provided, we will provide an estimate for the project.
The estimate will include the cost of spraying, the details of the work, and possible additional fees.
Payment for services will be made in three parts:
Non-refundable booking fee.
Advance payment for materials.
Final payment: Due upon project completion. Final payment must be made within 3 days after the work has been completed and accepted by the client.

7. Independent Contractors
Sprayers are independent contractors and not employees of the Company. The Company is not responsible for Sprayers’ actions or omissions beyond coordinating the assignment of spray painting services.

8. Service Pricing and Additional Fees
Service prices are determined based on the provided information and may vary depending on project complexity.
Additional fees may apply for services such as multiple colours, degreasing, repairs, or extra materials and parking expenses. All such potential costs are described in the initial Estimate.

9. Quality Assurance
By default, water-based paint is used, prioritizing environmental friendliness, although it may not achieve the same level of smoothness as PU-based alternatives.
We strive for high-quality services. Please report any issues promptly, and we will work to address them to the best of our ability.

10. Liability
The Company is not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from spray painting services provided by Sprayers. We encourage open communication to resolve any issues amicably.

11. Warranty
We offer a 5-year warranty for our services, subject to specific conditions. Please review the Warranty section of your initial Estimate email for full details.

12. Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility: Only payments made directly to Kitchen Spray Painting Essex (KSP.Essex) are eligible for refunds. Payments made directly to individual Sprayers are not covered.
Non-Refundable Booking Fee: This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, even if the project is cancelled.
Advance Payment for Materials: This is non-refundable once materials have been purchased and preparations have begun.
Final Payment: This is non-refundable once the project has been completed and accepted by the customer.
Cancellation: If a customer cancels before materials are purchased, they may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding the booking fee).
Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 1-3 months via bank transfer. Decisions regarding refunds are at the sole discretion of the Company.

13. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided by the Company are protected by laws. Customers and Sprayers are not permitted to use, reproduce, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.

14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
